The company planned to move from its location at 815 Eisenhower Drive in Goshen to the new Hemlock location. Monroe-Spangle Fasteners is a full line industrial and construction supplier that specializes in MRO/OEM fasteners. Founded in Fort Wayne in 1974, Spangle Fasteners specialized in the local foundry market. In 2018 Spangle Fasteners merged with Monroe Engineering Products. Pete Letherman, SIOR, CCIM, and Brent Miller, SIOR, represented the seller in the sale.
