Amy Mohney, CPA, joined FM Construction Company as Chief Financial Officer in April 2016. As CFO, Mohney is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of all the companies in The Tiedemann Group. This includes planning, budgeting and forecasting, along with reporting and analyzing accurate and timely historical financial information.
A resident of Elkhart County most of her life, Mohney came to FM Construction Company from Round 2 Corporation in South Bend where she was Controller. She has 12 years of senior level and forensic accounting experience for companies specializing in construction and manufacturing. Mohney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Administration from Indiana University South Bend. She has been a licensed CPA since January 2006.
In her spare time Mohney and her husband are members of the APA (American Poolplayers Association) and play pool locally and in national tournaments.

Shanna Armstrong joined FM Stone Commercial in May 2017 as the Accounting Manager. In this role Armstrong is responsible for handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, performing bank reconciliations and completing other accounting work for all of the companies in The Tiedemann Group. She also deals with all human resource matters related to the companies.
Prior to joining FM Stone, Armstrong worked in accounting roles for several area companies for the past 12 years. Skills she brings to the FM Stone team include payroll, vendor relations, accounts receivable and accounts payable, collections, office management and customer service.
The hiring re-unites Armstrong with FM Stone's Chief Financial Officer, Amy Mohney, CPA. The pair had previously worked as a team in accounting at two other companies over five years. Armstrong came to us from Midwest Automotive Designs LLC in Elkhart. She is a 2003 graduate of Constantine High School and has taken classes at both Southwestern Michigan College and Glen Oaks Community College in Michigan.
Armstrong lives in Cassopolis, Mich., with her 7-year-old son Talon and their rescue dog Storm. She spends all of her free time with Talon who is involved with many activities including karate, baseball, football and basketball. Talon, who started karate at the age of 3, is just 6 months away from receiving his black belt.
