The RV Factory is the new owner of the 35,243 SF industrial building at 3504 Henke Street in Elkhart. FM Stone’s Brent Miller, SIOR, assisted in the sale. The RV Factory is the manufacturer of the Luxe line of fifth wheel RVs and toy haulers. The company specializes in building and delivering directly from the factory to the consumer using materials that are purchased for each individual RV and brought in just in time. This will be a second Elkhart location for The RV Factory.
