Benteler Automotive Leases Two Industrial Buildings in Goshen

6-22-2020 — Benteler Automotive Corporation is now leasing two additional industrial buildings across the street from their existing Goshen plant at 910 Eisenhower Drive South. The company will be moving into the 27,103 SF industrial building at 811 Eisenhower Drive South and the 15,000 SF industrial building at 815 Eisenhower Drive South. FM Stone brokers Sharon Welsh and Scott Griffith assisted in the lease negotiations between Benteler and Brewster Properties Inc.

Benteler Automotive Corporation is a division of Benteler International AG which operates worldwide in the fields of automotive technology, steel and tube production, and engineering. Benteler Automotive is the largest revenue generator of Benteler Group’s primary business divisions and generates $783.74 million annually in revenue. Benteler Automotive plans to use the newly leased buildings mainly for storage of inventory. These buildings will replace a leased building they were previously occupying on U.S. 33 South in Goshen.

FM Stone Commercial Hires Sharon Welsh as New Broker

7-2-2019 — FM Stone Commercial, a local commercial real estate services firm, and its parent company, The Tiedemann Group, are proud to announce the hiring of Sharon Welsh as the company’s newest Commercial Real Estate Broker at the corporate headquarters in downtown Elkhart. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Sharon will specialize in the leasing, buying and selling of all types of commercial properties in Northern Indiana.  She’s held her commercial real estate license for 25 years. Prior to joining FM Stone Sharon worked in commercial and private banking at Lake City Bank for 16 years. She started her career in financial services in 1977. She also has past experience in retail and mortgage lending.  Sharon intends to utilize her transferable skills to aid in her business transactions. “My main focus is to continue to build on and service the relationships that I have built in my career and help these individuals, and new clients, with their commercial real estate needs,” she said. “That is what inspires and energizes me.”

 A long-time resident of Goshen, Sharon is very involved in the community. She is a Goshen Chamber Ambassador, Chamber Member and Member of the Goshen Noon Kiwanis Club and a Board Member of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Elkhart County, Goshen Unit. She is also a cabinet member of the Goshen Health Foundation Capital Campaign.
