6-30-2015 -- The former Sundown Trailers buildings at 1110 W. CR 6 in Elkhart were sold to Heartland Recreational Vehicles LLC. Brent Miller, SIOR, and Ross Miller, SIOR, assisted in the sale of the 66,445 SF industrial facility on 6.78 acres on the city’s north side.
