2-11-2016 -- Brent Miller, SIOR, assisted Zurek LLC in purchasing 5.15 acres on Middlebury Street at Patricia Court in Elkhart. Tom Zurek, an Elkhart businessman, owns several companies including Panel Solutions Inc., Tape Technologies and P.S. Designs that support the marine, home construction and hospitality industries. Zurek expects to use the new land to expand on his growing businesses. The seller of the land, Deputy Limited Family Partnership, was also represented by Miller.
