5-24-2016 -- New Punjab LLC is the new owner of 18.27 acres on the Southwest corner of CR 20 (Mishawaka Road) and CR 3 in Elkhart. The land is expected to be the site of a new convenience store along with additional future development at that corner. Pete Letherman, SIOR, CCIM, negotiated the deal.
