9-6-2016 -- Richard Hobson sold the 14,936 SF building at 1410 N. Chicago Avenue in Goshen to Silver Streak LLC. The building’s previous owner was Excel Rubber, a manufacturer of molded component parts and die cut, stripping and foam products. Excel Rubber closed its doors with the sale of this building.
