10-23-2018 — Hull Lift Truck Inc. is the new owner of 1.9 acres at 2622 S. 11th Street in Niles, Mich. FM Stone’s Pete Letherman, CCIM, SIOR, represented the buyer in the transaction. Construction has been underway since July 2018 on a 10,000 SF building on the site that will house a new Bobcat of Michiana facility. The store, which will sell and rent Bobcat-brand equipment, expects to hire about 10 new employees. This will be the third Bobcat of Michiana store in the area for the company. Other locations include Elkhart and Riverside, Mich.
