11-24-2017 -- Thor Motor Coach recently purchased 2.47 acres in the Maywell Industrial Park along Middleton Run Road at Industrial Parkway in Elkhart. The RV company quickly converted the parcel into an additional paved parking lot for their business at 604 Middleton Run Road. Brent Miller, SIOR, assisted Thor in the sale. Thor Motor Coach was formed in 2010 as a strategic merger of Damon Motor Coach and Four Winds International. Thor produces nearly one out of every four motorhomes sold each year.
