8-29-2016 -- Bill Kuhns assisted Douglas Watkins in purchasing the 33,000 SF industrial building at 28533 Holiday Place in Elkhart. The building on the southwest side of the city had been on the market for over five years as an investment property. Watkins plans to extensively remodel the building and keep the current tenant in place. He hopes to move his own business, Hampton Industrial Inc., to the Holiday Place location at that time. Hampton Industrial installs and repairs heavy industrial machines all over the lower 48 states. Watkins purchased the building from Tom Battler.
