Brent Miller, SIOR, represented to seller, Daniel J. Marshall, in the sale. Y&L Investments plans to upgrade the building and lease it out to Dream Lighting for its distribution operation. Dream Lighting deals in commercial lighting fixtures and opened its doors in Elkhart in 2013.
